These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of travelmafia.eu and any purchase made through it, including the Private Access experience drops (Aerial, Supercar, Ocean and any future verticals). By claiming a slot, creating an account, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use a Travel Mafia experience.
Private Access sells access to a specific experience slot (e.g. a helicopter flight, supercar circuit session, or ocean excursion) sourced from unsold operator inventory across Europe, at a members-only price. A purchase is not a subscription — you pay once per slot claimed and receive:
Availability, exact dates, locations and operator partners can change based on operator capacity. If a specific date or location becomes unavailable, Travel Mafia will always offer a comparable experience in the same category.
Listed retail price is €300; Travel Mafia members pay €240 per slot. Payment is processed at checkout via Whop, a third-party payment processor. Travel Mafia is the seller of record for all Private Access purchases — Whop's role is limited to processing the transaction. Your payment details are handled directly by Whop and are not stored by Travel Mafia.
Once purchased, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to book and use your experience. You choose your own date within that window; no fixed date is required at checkout.
If your slot is not booked and used within the 6-month window, it automatically converts to a Travel Mafia credit worth €240. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of conversion and can be applied toward hotels, spas, restaurants, or future experience drops on travelmafia.eu.
Credit that is not redeemed within its 12-month validity period expires and has no cash value.
All Private Access purchases are final. Travel Mafia does not issue cash refunds, whether for change of mind, inability to travel, or failure to book within the 6-month window. The sole remedy for an unused slot is the automatic credit conversion described above.
Rescheduling a confirmed booking with the operator may be possible subject to that operator's own availability and policies — contact info@travelmafia.eu to request a change.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed instead of contacting Travel Mafia first may result in suspension of your membership and forfeiture of any associated credit.
Experiences are delivered by independent third-party operators (charter companies, circuits, tour operators, and similar). Travel Mafia curates and sources access to these experiences but does not itself operate flights, vehicles, vessels, or venues. Each experience is subject to the operator's own safety requirements, weather/seasonal conditions, and terms of participation, which will be communicated at time of booking. Travel Mafia is not liable for an operator's cancellation, delay, or conduct, but will rebook you with an alternative operator or convert your slot to credit — whichever you prefer.
Access to Private Access drops and community channels is personal to you. Reselling, publicly redistributing, or sharing claim links/discount codes intended for members is prohibited and may result in cancellation of your membership without credit.
By claiming a slot or submitting your email, you agree to receive transactional and marketing emails about future drops. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting info@travelmafia.eu. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Mafia's total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant slot. Travel Mafia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel costs incurred in connection with an experience.
Travel Mafia may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of travelmafia.eu will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
